Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers and field team regarding company products.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers with regard to the proper use of Namocell products.
• Provide technical instrument support to customers, and assess maintenance needs.
• Perform instrument and software update.
• Document customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.
• Contribute to new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with biotech instrument support. No entry level candidate will be considered.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, self-driven and team player.
